Satisfactory first half with strong premium growth – Alm. Brand Group launches new DKK 150 million share buyback program

On July 1, 2024, Alm. Brand announced that it has signed an agreement with Norwegian insurer Gard to divest its Energy & Marine business for a total consideration of DKK 1.6 billion. This interim financial results announcement relates to continuing operations only. The financial results of the divested Energy & Marine business are reported net of tax in the income statement upon discontinuation of operations.
