Voya Equity Closed End Funds Declare Distributions

Voya Investment Management, the asset manager of Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA), today announced distributions on the common shares of five of its closed-end funds: Voya Global Advantage and Premium Opportunity Fund (NYSE: IGA), Voya Global Equity Dividend and Premium Opportunity Fund (NYSE: IGD), Voya Infrastructure, Industrials and Materials Fund (NYSE: IDE), Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (NYSE: IAE) and Voya Emerging Markets High Dividend Equity Fund (NYSE: IHD).

In respect of each Fund, the distribution will be paid on September 16, 2024 to shareholders of record on September 3, 2024. The ex-dividend date is September 3, 2024. The distribution per share for each Fund is as follows:
