SilverBox Corp IV Announces Pricing of $200 Million Initial Public Offering

SilverBox Corp IV (the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 20,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to be listed for trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “SBXD.U” beginning on August 16, 2024. Each unit will consist of one share of the Company’s Class A common stock and one-third of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one share of Class A common stock at a price of $11.50 per share. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Company expects its Class A common stock and warrants to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbols “SBXD” and “SBXD.WS,” respectively. The offering is expected to close on August 19, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.

The Company has been formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, consolidation, share exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The Company may pursue an initial business combination in any business or industry, but intends to focus its search on a target business in an industry where it believes the expertise of its management team will provide it with a competitive advantage in completing a successful initial business combination.
