United Health Products Files Response Brief with FDA

MT. LAUREL, N.J., Aug. 19, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — United Health Products, Inc. (OTCPK: UEEC) today provided an update on the company’s FDA Premarket Approval (PMA) application process.

After the company submitted its PMA application on March 21 and the FDA issued a Deficiencies Letter to the company on June 18, which listed certain questions and comments about various elements of the application, UHP submitted a Submission Issue Request to the FDA on August 15, which responded to certain questions and outlined how it would address certain identified deficiencies.
