Funding Circle Holdings plc (the “Company“) announces that it has purchased the following numbers of its ordinary shares for cancellation: €0.001 each on the London Stock Exchange from Numis Securities Limited (“Deutsche Numis”) as part of the buyback announced on March 7, 2024:

The Company intends to cancel all of the common shares it has repurchased.

Following the cancellation of the purchased shares, the issued share capital of the Company will consist of: 339,828,526 ordinary shares with voting rights.

No common shares are held in Treasury.

The above image (339,828,526) may be used by shareholders (and others with reporting obligations) as the denominator for the calculation by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest in the Company, or a change therein, under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
