The Xpress Lite fares, exclusive to bookings through airindiaexpress.com, include zero checked baggage fees.

Travelers can book an additional 3 kg of hand luggage in advance free of charge.

They also offer reduced rates for checked baggage: ₹1,000 for 15kg on domestic flights and ₹1,300 for 20kg on international flights.

This initiative aims to make air travel more affordable for budget-conscious travelers.

Loyalty program offers additional benefits

Members of Air India Express loyalty program can enjoy additional discounts and earn up to 8% NeuCoins on the airline’s website.

They will also have access to exclusive offers, such as up to 47% off Business and Prime seats, beverages, hot ‘Gourmair’ meals and additional packages.

This initiative aims to reward frequent flyers with significant savings and enhanced travel experiences.

Special discounts for selected groups

In addition to loyalty program members, certain groups can also take advantage of special discounted fares via the airline’s website. These include students, SMEs, senior citizens, doctors, nurses and members of the armed forces, along with their dependents.

Air India Express offers Xpress Biz fares on its new Boeing 737-8 aircraft, allowing you to enjoy a business class experience.

Passengers can upgrade to a Business Class seat for an optimal travel experience, with a seat pitch of up to 147 cm.

The airline is rapidly expanding its fleet with almost four new aircraft added per month and has introduced business class seats on more than 30 new aircraft since the brand’s relaunch in October 2023.
