Climate change: the province adapts its infrastructure or chooses an expert

Quebec is paying the price for its inaction to prepare its infrastructure for climate change, but an expert is mobilizing the province’s municipal governments.

The viral environment, which has a property of infrastructure, will be one of our two decades, but the Director General of the Institute for Adaptation of the Ecole de highest technology, Éric Bosco.
