Maximus Awarded OPM Contract for New Postal Service Healthcare Program

Maximus (NYSE: MMS), a leading employer and provider of government services worldwide, today announced it has been awarded a $20 million contract by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to serve as the Contact Center Services Provider for the agency’s new Postal Service Health Benefits Program. The program will provide health insurance to eligible Postal Service employees, retirees and their eligible family members beginning in 2025.

Maximus will lead customer service to answer calls and emails for OPM’s new, enhanced customer service platform focused on helping eligible individuals access health insurance benefits. Maximus will leverage its Total Experience Management (TXM) solution offerings, including state-of-the-art telephony, customer relationship management and call quality reporting tools, to deliver best-in-class customer service.
