Walmart Marketplace, one of the fastest growing e-commerce platforms, continues to invest in capabilities and solutions to help merchants succeed and provide customers with an endless choice of the items they need, want and love.

Walmart Marketplace has delivered more than 30% sales growth in each of the past four quarters and is a key driver of the retailer’s continued e-commerce success. Walmart’s global e-commerce sales surpassed $100 billion last year, and its U.S. e-commerce business has delivered six consecutive quarters of double-digit growth. The continued momentum is fueled by innovative customer experiences and an omnichannel assortment that is expanding as more independent merchants choose Walmart as a smart path to growth. The number of merchants offering items on Walmart.com grew 20% in the past fiscal year.

Premium Beauty, Pre-Owned & Collectibles
To provide customers with more choice and sellers with more opportunities, Walmart is expanding its Marketplace offerings to include Premium Beauty and by expanding its collection of collectibles and pre-owned items.

  • Premium Beauty: Walmart is launching Premium Beauty on Walmart Marketplace through a new online experience. More than 20 new brands, including COSRX, T3 and Beachwaver, are featured in the first assortment of skin care, hair care and hair tool products. Supported by customized storefronts and editorial content, Premium Beauty at Walmart creates an elevated, seamless brand experience. The expansion of Premium Beauty to Marketplace is the latest evolution of Walmart as a premier destination for beauty and deepens customer trust through direct and approved sellers.
  • Second hand: Walmart Marketplace introduces Resold at Walmart, the first digital destination for cross-category, cross-condition pre-owned items from performance-managed sellers. With five million items from more than 1,700 sellers, the integrated assortment offers customers a growing selection of goods from luxury fashion and electronics to collectibles, sporting goods and more at the value they expect from Walmart. By extending the life of these products, Resold at Walmart aligns with our commitment to making the more sustainable choice the everyday choice and builds on the success of Walmart Restored, a collection of refurbished electronics and small appliances powered by Walmart Marketplace.
  • Collectibles: Walmart is enriching collector experiences, giving customers new ways to get their hands on highly sought-after collectibles and connecting sellers to the rapidly growing market of enthusiasts who shop its shelves. In the Collector Shop, sellers can now enable pre-orders to build customer anticipation for drops, including Walmart-exclusive releases. The experience adds pre-owned terms for collectibles under Resold at Walmart. Eligible sellers can enjoy 0% commission fees on collectibles and more through October 31, including action figures, dolls, collectible cards, sports memorabilia, comic books, records and musical instruments.
