Summons for a written resolution – changes to the terms of the senior secured callable bond

Interoil Exploration and Production ASA (the “Company”) today requested Nordic Trustee AS to issue a written summons to bondholders (the “Subpoena”) in respect of the Company’s senior secured callable bonds with ISIN NO 001 0729908 (the “Bonds”).

The purpose of the written resolution is to approve a proposal to amend the terms of the bond in connection with the partial termination of the LLA-47 contract (excluding the Vikingo well exploitation area) and the full termination of the Altair contract, as announced by the Company on August 26, 2024.
