20 Years of Slow Food Leipzig-Halle

In September you will be looking for Slow Food, Regionalität and Nachhaltigkeit. The Slow Food Convivium Leipzig-Halle was founded for 20 years in Leipzig by Barthels Hof and was associated with the major regional groups of the German Slow Food Movement. Grund genug, die bührend en nachhaltig zu feiern.

This is a summer festival on September 14, 2024 at the Plagwitzer Markthalle, Markranstädter Str. 11, from 3-8 PM. Slow Food is preparing a delicious meal from regional products. For children, it is a market with knowledge and information about various initiatives. Accompanied by the goose music of Just Brill.

There will be a stage discussion from 16-17 pm on the theme „Was the Möglichkeiten und Grenzen unserer regionalen Hrungs- en Lebensmittelsysteme?“ geben.
