Amberg/Weiden – In the north of the Upper Palatinate, the latest smartphone app “Region der Lebensretter 3.0” is available. The emergency response system in the region will be further expanded and improved. The official start of the app war is on September 1. The project was developed in the integral Leitstellen Amberg and Weiden and covers the districts of Amberg-Sulzbach, Neustadt an der Waldnaab, Schwandorf and Tirschenreuth, which leave the city of Amberg and Weiden – and there are half a million inhabitants.
