Sibanye-Stillwater’s B-BBEE rating had improved from Level 6 to Level 4 in the previous year’s comparison, a German advance was granted to Level 8 status in 2021. The compliance policy applies to the B-BBEE institutions’ grade 13G (2), which were made by the JSE for all foreign business.
