McKesson Corporation Announces Sale of Rexall and Well.ca Businesses to Birch Hill Equity Partners

McKesson Corporation (NYSE: MCK) today announced that it has signed an agreement to sell its Canada-based businesses Rexall and Well.ca to Birch Hill Equity Partners, a Canadian private equity firm.
