Buckie Arrested After Police Seize Class A Drugs in Moray Raid

A man has been arrested and charged after more than £3,000 worth of Class A drugs, including cocaine, were seized at a residential property.

The drugs, with an estimated street value of £3,300, were found at a property on Carnie Place in Buckie.

Officers searched a property on Thursday, September 5, and seized equipment that could be used to trade cocaine and drugs.

A 22-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with drug offences.

He is due to appear in Elgin District Court on Friday, September 6.

Detective Sergeant Richard Cooper said: “We are committed to tackling the supply and distribution of harmful substances in our communities and will continue to take action against those involved in such crime.
