Vorsorge Aktiv Junior – Gezieltes Program soll überweightigen Jugendlichen halves

Overweight and diessen Follow gilded activities as one of the great herausvorderungen for the Gesundheitspolitik and the Gesellschaft. Let children and young people in Lower Austria have a weight problem and those things are often not physical, but also psychological. Here the „Tut gut!“ program „Vorsorge Aktiv Junior“ has been established.

On September 12th at 19 o’clock an information evening will take place in the city bookshop at Stiergraben 1. The program consists of qualified carers and carers from the areas of nourishment, exercise and mental health care. The costs of approx. 10-month programs amount to 150 euros per family. Social squares and convalescent baths are possible problems. It is one of the most important sights of the healthy city community of Neunkirchen.

In the education of the students, children and young people learn a sense of direction and care with food and nutrition, joy and movement in everyday life and the awareness of mental health. While the group dynamic activities take place in free time, the course continues. I am a program of programs that supports the spa and motivation in the group. Children and young people from Lower Austria can participate in the age of 6 to 17 years over a period of six months.
