(TSX: VRTS) (OTCQB: VERTF) (FSE: 9PY0) (the “Company” or “Vertical“) – Vertiqal is pleased to announce that it has received the necessary bondholder approvals to amend certain terms of the notes issued on November 3, 2022 and November 24, 2022 (collectively, the “Bonds“) pursuant to the bond deed dated November 3, 2022 and the first supplementary deed dated November 24, 2022 (collectively the “Original contracts“).
