Scilex Holding Company Announces It Has Received Accreditation as a Drug Distributor from the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) Page 1

PALO ALTO, Calif., Sept. 12, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Scilex Holding Company (Nasdaq: SCLX, “Scilex” or the “Company”), an innovative revenue-generating company focused on acquiring, developing and commercializing non-opioid pain management products for the treatment of acute and chronic pain, today announced that it has received Drug Distributor Accreditation from the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP). Scilex meets all of the criteria for drug distribution established by the NABP.

The NABP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1904. Together with its members – the state boards of pharmacy – it helps support patient and prescription drug safety through examinations that assess pharmacist competency, pharmacy license transfer and verification services, and various pharmacy accreditation programs.
