Thor Explorations Announces Acquisition of Guitry Project and Expansion into Ivory Coast

Vancouver, British Columbia–(Newsfile Corp. – Sep 16, 2024) – Thor Explorations Ltd (TSXV: THX) (AIM: THX) (“Thorn” or the “Company“) is pleased to announce that it has expanded its operations into Ivory Coast, following the signing of a binding sale and purchase agreement (“SPA“) with Endeavor Mining Corporation (“Adventure“) to acquire a 100% interest in the Guitry Gold Exploration Project (“Guitrij“).

The acquisition is subject to the completion of certain closing conditions, including final approval from the Minister of Mines. The total consideration for the acquisition is a cash payment of US$100,000 in cash on completion and a net Smelter Royalty of 2%.
