Little Roger & The Houserockers in the Bockzaal

The Verein Larifari presents “Little Roger & The Housrockers” with its program “Bundesligareifer Blues & Swing” in Bocksaal Leutkirch. Das Konzert findet am Freitag, September 27, statt. The end is from 7 p.m., beginning at 8 p.m.

The band is fronted by English musician Roger C. Wade who started 20 years ago with the classic Chicago Blues, Boogie and swinging West Coast Jump Blues.

Rogers virtuoso harmonica playing recalls a Vorbilder with Little Walter and George “Harmonica” Smith. Guitarist Tilmann “T-Man” Michalke tops off with packing soli and tasty accompaniment in the style of T-Bone Walker and Robert Lockwood. Marion Wade on the piano plays rolling shuffles and boogie in the style of Vorbilder Otis Spann and Fred Kaplan. The dynamic rhythm of Stephan Roffmann on bass and Micha Maass in the music complete the band – two young musicians, the new generation of German blues musicians is represented.

Tickets cost 22 euros in advance, and 25 euros at the Abendkasse. Mitglieder des Vereins Larifari zahlen 20 Euro.
