Extension of the period of the accelerated safeguard procedure

Paris, France – September 19, 2024As stated in the press release of July 24, 2024, the specialized commercial court of Nanterre has opened an accelerated safeguard procedure in favor of Atos SE (“Atos” or the “Company”) on July 23, 2024, for an initial period of two months, extendable for two additional months.
