The hearing committee consisted of the following voting members on September 19:

one representative from each of the parties represented in the Senate: Deputy Mayor Ronald Rabitsch (SPÖ), Councillor Patrick Jonke (Team Carinthia), Councillor Julia Löschnig (ÖVP), Councillor Andreas Skorianz (FPÖ)
