ChemoMetec makes offer to acquire Ovizio Imaging Systems SA

ChemoMetec has made an indicative offer to acquire the Belgian company Ovizio Imaging Systems (‘Ovizio’), which has been accepted by the group of owners of the company. ChemoMetec now has three weeks to carry out a due diligence, and if the outcome is positive, ChemoMetec will most likely proceed with the acquisition.
