IIT BOMBAY SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBILITY

• Students must be in the second year of a Master’s degree program or in the third/fourth year of a Bachelor’s degree program
• Candidates must be in the top 20% of their class
• The course of study depends on the project requirements specified by the faculty of IIT Bombay
• Applicants must be full-time students during the internship and must provide evidence that no other courses are required during the internship period.
• The internship duration is four to six months (January to June) and part-time options are not allowed.

SELECTION PROCESS

• Preliminary screening based on academic performance and relevant achievements
• Consideration of extracurricular involvement, such as participation in Olympiads, Techfest and other competitions
• Candidates may be called for a test/interviewwith travel allowance for applicants outside the city
• The selection is based on academic excellence, research potential and performance during the interview
