Former Alameda CEO gets two years in prison for FTX fraud

Caroline Ellison, who was a key witness in the trial of FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried, was facing up to 110 years in prison, but prosecutors recommended a lighter sentence because of her “extraordinary cooperation” with the government.
