“Today we are launching HyperService for OlaElectric customers!… We have close to 800 stores, but only around 500 service centers… With #HyperService, we are expanding our network and building best-in-class ownership experience with on-demand and AI (Artificial Intelligence ) powered service,” Aggarwal said.

The EV Major also plans to double the number of company-owned service centers to 1,000 from 500 currently. Moreover, Aggarwal also said that the listed EV manufacturer will train 1 Lakh external technicians under its ‘Network Partner Program’.

“Training 1,00,000 remote technicians under our Network Partner Program to make every technician in India EV-ready by December 2025,” read the release.

Ola Electric plans to use artificial intelligence (AI) to offer “proactive remote maintenance and diagnostics” to its customers. The new offering will enable the company to “detect issues before they happen” in Ola Electric e-scooters.

Aggarwal said the new features would be rolled out in October with the upcoming “MoveOS 5” scooter operating system 5.

This comes just a day after the listed EV giant said it will set up 10,000 sales and service points by the end of 2025 to expand into smaller cities and towns. Aggarwal also went on to say that the company has already hired 625 partners under its “D2C model” and will bring on 1,000 partners this year ahead of the festive season.
