VAMED HFO: Reha- en Pflegebereich nach Transaktion als eigenstandards Unternehmen aufgestellt

Wien, September 30, 2024 (OTS) – After the transaction, the joint Geschäftsbereich Health Facility Operations (“HFO”) of VAMED AG is now an own standard of the Unternehmensgruppe with Fokus on the Gesundheitseinrichtungen in the Post-Acut-Segment and a Schwerpunkt in the Rehabilitation. In most cases, the HFO is concluded with part of its bisherigen Aktivitäten, i.e. spezialisierte Gesundheitsdienstleistungen in de Bereichen Prävention, Akutmedizin, Rehabilitation und Pflege hören, as of 1. October 2024 in a new, independent Units bundled. The new Mehrheitseigentümer PAI Partners (“PAI”) is located in 70 companies of the HFO Group. One of the last changes that took place on 30.09.2024 was not transferred and broken at VAMED.
