Neuer Job für Dresdens Weinpapst

Dresden – First End August castle Dresden more prämierter Weinpapst Jens Pietzonka (51) after seeing the legend of “Weinzentrale” at Neustadt-Rand. We all finished cooking, but there was a new “Wein-Zuhause”.

Sommelier Pietzonka was born on November 1 as Gastro-Manager of the Luxus-Hotel “Bei Schumann” (5 Sterne Superior) in Oberlausitzer Kirschau.

In the hotel, Feinschmecker was treated to a star shine in Restaurant “Juwel” by chef Tobias Heldt (36) and his team, since 2016.

“With preisgekrönten Expertise, the culinary knowledge is at the next level. There is a guideline for the gastronomy and the long experience of perfecting the quality of our home,” says Geschäftsführerin Petra Schumann (59).

If Pietzonka had a dream from “Sommelier des Jahres”, he is kürt.
