Catalent will sell its oral solids development facility in Somerset, New Jersey, to Ardena

WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) – Catalent, Inc. (CTLT), a provider of advanced delivery technologies and development solutions for pharmaceuticals, biologics and consumer health products, said Monday it has agreed to sell its oral solids development and small-scale manufacturing plant in Somerset, NJ to Ardena, a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO).

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The company said its headquarters, currently at its Somerset location, will remain there during the transition period before moving to a new location.

The transaction is expected to close in early 2025.
