Befragt wurden Gastronominnen und Gastronmen in Ganz Italien. At the fourth place in the ranking of the American credibility of the awards in Bella Italia are spaghetti alle vongole, followed by Pasta all’amatriciana and Spaghetti cacio e pepe.

14 Million Tons of Pasta were consumed in 2023. Italian is a fast 4 million tons and a quantity of 8 billion euros for a delicious pasta repairer. More than half of the national nudel production (56 Prozent) is exported to Australia. The fourth Nudelgericht, that the whole world was passed on, was restored in one Italian Nudelfabrik.

Those Italienerinnen and Italiener are the big Pasta Consumers. Pro Jahr und Kopf kommen sie auf duchschnittlich 26 Kilogramm Nudeln. Der «World Pasta Day» I find kommenden Freitag statt.
