A 45-minute cardio and cardio barre workout from Jake Dupree

International burlesque performer and fitness instructor Jake DuPree knows how to make everyone laugh so hard that you almost forget you’re exercising! In this remix video, we combined two of DuPree’s challenging workouts, including an incline class and a cardio barre circuit workout. To start, Dupree leads the way with a 15-minute oblique workout that requires no equipment, assisted by Madisyn Maniff and Gina Gonsalves. Look to Maniff, on the right, for beginner-friendly adjustments throughout the class.

In the second part of the group fitness class, DuPree takes viewers through a thrilling 30-minute cardio barre class, joined by Ellie Aviles and Nikita Chaudhry. Aviles demonstrates the adjustments on the right side of the screen, while Chaudhry shows the movements on the left while running at full throttle.

This upbeat workout keeps you moving with a fun mix of energetic cardio and barre-inspired exercises. You’ll work on exercises that target your lower body, core, and arms, while getting plenty of work for your glutes.

At the end of the class, DuPree leads the group through a cool-down, including stretches to work on splits, and yoga-infused moves like downward dog and pigeon pose.

DuPree reminds everyone that they can always pause the class at any time, and that everyone is welcome to join the class, pause when needed, and join back in at their own pace. Since no equipment is needed, this class only requires a mat and a small amount of space to move around. Get ready to sweat, laugh and smile through this high-energy class!
