Hotel fair in Bolzano begins

More than 400 Aussteller and over 18,000 Besucher became more welcome this year. Before the fakpublikum it is worth making a comment in the Zeiten von Fachkräftemangels, a private comment that is zukunftssicher zu machen.

New trends and prices

It is a challenge to discover new trends. A davon is Nachhaltigkeit. One of the awards we won is the Hotel Sustainability Award which we achieved in four categories: Three for Aussteller and one for Pionier.

Nachmittag finds the Kür der nachhaltigen Initiativen in Zusammenarbeit with the Universität Bozen, the Öko-institute South Tyrol, the IDM and the Eurac-statt. In Essen and Trinken, that could be a design and a technology.

The Messe für Hotellerie en Gastronomy includes Donnerstag.
