Lifestyle Hotel: Neuer Ableger der Hotelkette Schani in der Donaustadt

Kürzlich is a new Schani-Hotel in UNO City. With four locations in Vienna, guests will have an undisputed hotel experience. Neben dem hauseigenen Restaurant cann man sich at spezielle Events zu Silvester und Co. freuen.

WIEN/DONAUSTADT. The Schani-Hotel Kette is located in Vienna, at the Hauptbahnhof, at the Wilhelminenberg, at Mariahilfer Straße and now in the UNO city. The single-handed brothers Alexander and Benedikt Komarek have developed their own philosophy in a responsible way with nature and nature.

“A modern Food Konzept has emerged, while it is an inspiring Vienna International Center – Street food is newly interpreted and born as Schani-Soulfood,” says Alexander Lang. There is a general manager of Hotel Schani UNO City and he is responsible for the gastronomy that the Welt nach Wien brings.

The in-house restaurant “Seven Botanicals Bar & Kitchen” serves great classic cuisine with Kalbsbutterschnitzel or caramelised Kaiserschmarrn. Aber auch fransische Spezialitäten who Beef Tatar or the Classic from England “Fish n Chips” finds a man on the Speisekarte. These Schani Tacos will be sent with a personal note.

Pinsa neu interpretiert

An absolute rider in shame is the pinse. These are often served fresh. Creative interpretations with the “Bologna Amore Pinsa” with gelber Tomatensoße, Fior di Latte, Italian Bologna Mortadella, Pistazien-Pesto and Parmesan cheese find a genauso Anklang with the “I am from Austria” -Pinsa. These are topped with roter Tomatensoße, Fior di Latte, Beinschinken, some Gurken and Steirischem Kren.

With the “Spy Brunch” a culinary meeting will take place in the Spionage-Atmosphäre-kredenzen. There is a three-course menu, live music and overcrowding. So it was noticed that all the cases were betrayed – a British secret agent who was angry. Benedikt Komar, part of the own duos, says that there is: “Eine Besonderheit der Wiener Schani Hotels is your individuality: Jedes Haus is a private property.”

Espionage and Wiener Schmäh

Beim Hotel Schani UNO City is everything that has to do with Theme Espionage. Wien gilded as Hochburg der heimlichen Informationsbeschaffung. This theme is served with a good portion of Wiener Schmäh.

Over the outdoor buffet hang lamps, which can also be used as additional storage rooms. In the Toilets you will find a man who uses secret agents and in the stairwell the cartoonish figure of Spy on the Road.

Das nächste Hotel is located in Planung. These can be found near the market and can be made self-confident with a low-fitting theme. “Geplanten ist, both a new house will be opened and the future will continue to grow,” reports Benedikt Komarek.
