BMW E39 523i Leistungsproblem nach Neustart ( 5er BMW

I have a BMW E39 523i (Automatic) from 1997 and notice a performance problem after switching off and restarting the engine. When I drive 100 km fast and sporty, I see that the engine problems cause problems and see over time. If you switch off the engine after 5 minutes, it is loaded once and when you start, the performance is greatly reduced. The car must have more time, a small performance increase, and did not respond so friendly to switching off and starting the gas anymore.
