GLYFADA, Greece, Aug. 15, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Globus Maritime Limited (“Globus” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: GLBS), a dry bulk shipping company, today announced that its annual shareholders’ meeting will be held at the offices of Globus Shipmanagement Corp. at 128 Vouliagmenis Avenue in Glyfada, Attica, Greece, on September 12, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. local time.

Shareholders who are registered as shareholders at the close of business on August 8, 2024, are entitled to notice of the annual meeting or any adjournments thereof and to the right to vote at such meeting.
