British soprano and opera coach Rosemary Joshua is director of the Dutch National Opera Studio Amsterdam and jury member of the television program Aria. She gives her masterclass to three young singers who each perform an aria from the opera repertoire. Soprano Elisa Maayeshi (22) sings Mein Herr Marquis from Die Fledermaus by Johann Strauss jr. Tenor Twan van der Wolde (22) sings Una furtiva lagrima by Donizetti. Soprano Isabel Pronk (26) sings the Seguidilla from Bizet’s Carmen. They are accompanied by pianist Hans Eijsackers.
