Share buyback program update – 19.08.2024

In accordance with regulations, DEME Group NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of its own shares.

Since the start of the share buyback program on April 29, 2024, DEME Group NV has bought back 32,338 shares for a total amount of EUR 5,203,383.18. This represents 71.86% of the completed program.
