Select BlackRock Funds Announce Final Results of Public Offers Page 1

The BlackRock closed-end funds listed below (the “Funds”) today announced the final results of each Fund’s public offering (each, a “Public Offer”) for up to 2.5% of the outstanding ordinary shares (the “Shares”).

The public offerings, which closed at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 19, 2024, were oversubscribed for each Fund.
