Certain BlackRock Funds Announce Expiration and Preliminary Results of Public Offers Page 1

The BlackRock closed-end funds listed below (the “Funds”) today announced the closing date and preliminary results of each Fund’s public offering (each, a “Public Offer”) for up to 2.5% of the outstanding ordinary shares (the “Shares”).

Each public offering commenced on July 22, 2024 and ended at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 21, 2024.
