Nature’s Sunshine focuses on incident at Spanish fork factory

The facility was evacuated and local emergency services were called to the scene to assist with management. All personnel are safe and accounted for, and two individuals were seen by EMTs and cleared from the facility. The company is in the process of determining the cause of the outage, which resulted in a small fire, and assessing the extent of damage to the facility.
