Munich, August 29, 2024 – The GoingPublic Media AG did not issue a test report on 30.6.2024. In Halbjahr 2024 (1.1.-30.6.) the average price of the Medienhauses in the AG gegenüber dem Vorjahreszeitraum from 697 TEUR to 712 TEUR (+2.2%). Das Ergebnis was at +5 TEUR (Vj. -123 TEUR). On an EBITDA basis I believe it is +7 TEUR (Vy. -118 TEUR). Ursachen for the strong first Halbjahr were stable Erlöse bei reduced Personal costs.

The source of the good results for the second half of the GoingPublic Media is in 2024 for the Black Numbers and a German achievement improvement given over the past year. The transformation of a sustainably profitable platform business model is for the company still in the middle point.
