Nexus Industrial REIT Announces Distributions for September and October

TORONTO, Sept. 5, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Nexus Industrial REIT (“Nexus” or the “REIT”) (TSX: NXR.UN) today announced the declaration of its September and October 2024 distributions.

The REIT will make a cash distribution of $0.05333 per unit, representing an annualized rate of $0.64 per unit, payable on October 15, 2024 to holders of units of record as of September 30, 2024.
