Ensurge Micropower ASA – Registration of increase in share capital

Reference is made to Ensurge Micropower ASA’s (the “Company”) announcement dated September 2, 2024 and the Company’s corrected announcement dated September 4, 2024 regarding the exercise of 16,000 vested incentive subscription rights under the Company’s 2022 Subscription Rights Plan and the resulting issuance of an aggregate of 16,000 new shares in the Company, and the issuance of an aggregate of 2,216,074 shares in connection with the Company’s 2024 Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

The increase in share capital related to the above has now been duly registered in the register of companies. Following the increase in share capital, the Company’s share capital amounts to NOK 311,113,173, divided into 622,226,346 shares, each share having a nominal value of NOK 0.50.
