World Kinect Corporation Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend, Announces Additional $200 Million Share Repurchase Authorization Page 1

World Kinect Corporation (NYSE: WKC) today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share. The dividend is payable on October 16, 2024, to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2024.

In addition, the Board of Directors has approved an additional $200 million share repurchase authorization. The new authorization is in addition to the Company’s previous authorization, which had approximately $108 million remaining as of June 30, 2024.
