(TSXV:EUP)(OTCQB:AUCCF) (the “Company” or “EuropePacific“) announces that, pursuant to a resolution of the Company’s directors dated June 14, 2024, it has approved a name change from EuroPacific Metals Inc. to “Ibero Mining Corp.”
