JVC Welcomes New Assistant U.S. Attorney Liz Fraccaro

(PRESS RELEASE) NEW YORK, NY — JVC has announced that Liz Fraccaro will join the organization as an Assistant U.S. Attorney.

Ms. Fraccaro is a graduate of DePaul University College of Law and is a trained archaeologist and attorney admitted to the Illinois State Bar and the New York State Bar. In 2024, Ms. Fraccaro earned a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification. Ms. Fraccaro previously served as a legal advisor to the Antiquities Coalition, where she also led the Antiquities Coalition’s Financial Crimes Task Force, which brought together a diverse group of experts and leaders from the art, legal, and banking sectors to develop concrete recommendations for combating money laundering, counterfeiting, fraud, and terrorist financing through art and antiquities. She graduated from Indiana University in 2012 with bachelor’s degrees in anthropology and English literature, and earned an MA in Mediterranean archaeology from University College London in 2014.

Ms. Fraccaro’s position as Assistant Attorney will support the work of JVC’s Legal Department. She will be involved in all aspects of JVC’s legal work, including anti-money laundering regulations, sanctions compliance, conducting legal research and providing guidance to members on their compliance obligations.
