Battle Motors Unveils Class 6 Striker

Battle Motors announced the launch of the Striker, a non-CDL Class 6 truck.

Available in medium-duty configurations with a GVWR of 25,999 to 33,000 lb., the vehicle is powered by a Cummins 6.7L diesel engine, mated to one of two available Allison transmissions. The Striker can also be configured as a Class 7 or 8 truck with a Cummins 9L diesel or CNG engine and is offered in several battery-electric configurations, according to a press release.

Built with the challenges of waste management in mind, the Striker’s narrow 82-inch cab provides maneuverability and visibility. In addition, ergonomic design and safety features help reduce work-related injuries such as slips, falls and repetitive strain injuries.
