PAYMENT OF A DIVIDEND 2023-2024 OF EUR 0.40 PER SHARE

During the Combined Annual General Meeting of September 27, 2024, Groupe LDLC shareholders approved the proposed dividend payment of €0.40 per share with respect to the 2023-2024 financial year.

The ex-dividend date and payment date are set for October 2, 2024 and October 4, 2024, respectively.
