An Israeli attack in Lebanon early Tuesday targeted Mounir Maqdah, commander of the Lebanese branch of the Palestinian Fatah movement’s military wing, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade, two Palestinian security officials said. His fate was unknown.
