Police bust international drug syndicate and arrest two men

Police have busted an international drug syndicate and arrested two men.

Police said Sukhdeep Singh and Krishan had links with international drug cartels.

Police also seized 1.5 kg of heroin.

Sukhdeep was previously involved in a kidnapping case in 2020 and was out on bail since May 2024.

The suspects hid the contraband in jackets and smuggled it into vehicles, police said.
